Morgan Wallen Presents Sand In My Boots Festival is just around the corner, and as excitement continues to grow, Music Mayhem has compiled everything you need to know before you go. The festival comes as a collaborative effort between Wallen, AEG Presents (producers of Stagecoach, California’s Country Music Festival and Hangout Music Festival) and the Hangout Festival.

Taking place May 16–18 on the picturesque white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, this three-day, two-stage event promises nonstop music and unforgettable moments. What sets this festival apart is its one-of-a-kind, hand-curated lineup—personally selected by Wallen himself.
Featuring a multi-genre mix of his closest friends, favorite acts, musical heroes, and artists he’s always dreamed of sharing a stage with, every performance, activity, and experience has been thoughtfully chosen by Wallen. It’s all driven by his passion for creating lasting memories alongside fans, family, and peers in a truly immersive and unique setting.
“We started talking about curating a festival that includes my friends, and artists who have influenced me, years ago. It took a lot of folks a lot of hours to plan Sand In My Boots, and it only took two hours for y’all to sell it out,” Wallen said with a smile. “We can’t wait to deliver a special weekend for everyone in May.”

The first-ever Sand in My Boots Festival will take place Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18 on the beaches (Address: 101 East Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, AL, 36542) of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Shuttle Pass (starting at $70): Shuttle Passes for the Sand In My Boots Festival include convenient shuttle bus transportation for all three days of the event. The shuttles offer pick-up and drop-off locations near most of the area’s condo and hotel accommodations, making it easy for attendees to travel to and from the festival grounds. Continuous service will run from Friday through Sunday, starting at the beginning of the event each day and continuing until 30 minutes after the music ends each night.
Lockers (starting at $65): Reserve a locker in advance to keep your belongings safe and secure while you enjoy all three days of the Sand In My Boots Festival. Each locker measures 11” (W), 8” (H), and 15” (D), providing plenty of space for your essentials. Morgan Wallen Presents Sand In My Boots Festival, a three-day event taking place from May 16 to May 18. The festival is open to all ages, with children aged 5 and under admitted free when accompanied by a pass-holding parent or guardian. For safety reasons, each supervising adult may bring no more than two children.
The event will go on rain or shine, so attendees should come prepared for any weather. Sand In My Boots is a fully cashless festival, and digital or card payments will be required throughout the grounds. The festival is also committed to accessibility and welcomes attendees with disabilities, continually working to ensure everyone has equal access to all goods and services offered.
