To celebrate Morgan Wallen’s two sold-out concerts at Petco Park as part of his One Night At A Time World Tour, a San Diego radio station is set to temporarily transform into a Morgan Wallen radio station.

For a limited time, Audacy’s 103.7 KSON in San Diego will undergo a temporary transformation, becoming an exclusive Wallen station. From July 14 through July 16, the Audacy radio station will temporarily rebrand and go by the name MORGAN 103.7: MANDATORY MORGAN.

This special rebranding aims to celebrate the artist’s upcoming performances at Petco Park on July 14 and July 15, creating a dedicated space for fans to enjoy Wallen’s music leading up to and during the highly-anticipated concerts.

As part of the radio station’s temporary name change to Morgan 103.7, there will be a strong focus on Morgan Wallen’s music, according to Audacy. Embracing the “Mandatory Morgan” slogan, the station has committed to playing Wallen’s chart-topping hits and beloved fan favorites every 15 minutes throughout the entire weekend-long celebration.

“We can’t wait to celebrate Morgan’s weekend in San Diego with our listeners and transform KSON into ‘Morgan 103.7.’ Every 15 minutes or more, listeners can expect to hear the infectious sound of Wallen’s music, including his numerous chart-toppers such as ‘Last Night,’ ‘Whiskey Glasses’ and ‘You Proof,’” Scotty Roddy, KSON Brand Manager, shared.

Morgan 103.7 is poised to deliver a non-stop Morgan Wallen experience. In addition to the temporary name change, the KSON on-air radio team will broadcast live from Petco Park with a ‘Rollin’ Pre-Party’ on the double-decker Wonderbus party bus that will be hosted by John and Tammy: San Diego’s Morning Show and feature performances from Frank Ray and Drake Milligan.

Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time World Tour

Wallen is currently in the midst of the U.S. leg of his record-breaking One Night At A Time World Tour, which kicked off with two sold-out shows at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in April.

One Night At A Time World Tour

The One Night At A Time World Tour marks Wallen’s first-time ever headlining stadiums across the globe for multiple nights. The trek marks one of the largest tours of 2023 and will visit stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, and festivals across four countries and two continents.

The U.S. leg of the tour began on April 14 with back-to-back nights at Milwaukee’s American Family Field. Produced by Live Nation, Wallen’s 63-show trek will feature support from ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman on all dates. HARDY and Parker McCollum will also appear on select dates.

In an effort to give back to those in need, Wallen will donate $3 of every ticket sold on the U.S. dates to The Morgan Wallen Foundation. Established in 2021, the foundation benefits causes near and dear to the superstar’s heart, including organizations such as Greater Good Music, Children Are People, the Salvation Army, and the National Museum of African American Music.

New Album, One Thing At A Time

The tour comes in support of Wallen’s latest album, One Thing At A Time, which has quickly become one of the most popular albums of 2023. The project arrived on March 3 and recently earned a 15th week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. According to Vulture, the album has also claimed the record for the most weeks at No. 1 on the country album chart in over three decades.

One Thing At A Time showcases Wallen’s wide range of musical influences as well as combine his love for country, rock and hip-hop.

The project features 36 tracks, including duets with Eric Church, HARDY and ERNEST. Wallen’s sister Ashlyne also makes an appearance on the project, singing harmonies on the song titled “Outlook.” He also pays tribute to his son, Indigo (Indie) Wilder Wallen, on the project with the tune “Dying Man,” which he often dedicates to Indie during his live concerts.

“This record represents the last few years of my life, the highs and the lows,” Wallen previously shared in a statement. “It also brings together the musical influences that have shaped me as an artist – country, alternative and hip-hop.”
