Morgan Wallen graciously thanked his dad, Tommy Wallen, for making him the father he is today for his 2-year-old son, Indigo “Indie” Wilder Wallen, in a newsletter sent to his fans on Friday, June 16.

The newsletter, which was sent to his mailing list, also included a special Father’s Day merch sale, which gave fans 15% off all merchandise in his store, and photos of Wallen with his dad and son.

“Happy Father’s Day to all you dads out there raising up good ole boys and girls,” Wallen shared. “And to my dad, thank you for being an example of what a good father is. Grateful for your guidance and support.”

Shared Message Of Gratitude For His Father For Being A Good Role Model

Morgan Wallen went on to share a message of gratitude for his father for being a good role model.

“Wouldn’t be the father I am today without you. I’m so blessed to have Indie & thank the Lord every single day he chose me to be his daddy!” Wallen added.

The record-breaking hitmaker has been open about how fatherhood has made an impact on his life.

“I think the most important thing for me over the past couple of years, I’m a dad now,” Wallen said in a recent interview with Breakfast Television. “That’s really given me something different to live for.”

Wallen continued, “I don’t know if I’d say I was selfish, but I probably was before that. But now, things just have a whole different meaning for me. So even in the highs in the lows, I always have him. All the time, he’s there. He’s what’s important to me.”

Recently Celebrated His 30th Birthday With His Son

In May, the East Tennessee native recently rang in his 30th birthday by spending some quality time with his son, Indigo, who will turn three on July 10.

The father/son duo was all smiles as they posed for photos while cruising around in a UTV.

“Celebrating 30 w my dawg,” Morgan Wallen captioned the sweet snapshots.

One Night At A Time World Tour
