Mod Sun joined forces with his longtime friend Blackbear for a new song entitled “Heavy.”

On Friday, March 12, the singer released the new collaborative track in celebration of his birthday (March 10).

“I found the truth about you, baby / And it was heavy (Yeah, yeah, ayy) / I just heard some shit that are affecting me (Yeah, yeah, ayy) / I never saw it comin’, I wasn’t ready (I wasn’t ready) / Look up to the sky, look up to the sky (The sky) / If Heaven is heavy, though I lie as a feather / Hope you takin’ it in ’cause it won’t last forever, heavy (Heavy),” the superstar pair sing during the chorus.

Recently, Mod Sun shared his new album, Internet Killed The Rockstar, which is an 11-track album and is available everywhere now via Big Noise. The project features his smash hit “Flames,” a song that includes superstar Avril Lavigne.
