Machine Gun Kelly took home the award for Top Rock Album at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs)!

During the pre-telecast of the BBMAs, it was announced that Machine Gun Kelly’s No. 1 album, Tickets To My Downfall, won the award for Top Rock Album.

The rapper turned rocker is up for Top Rock Artist during tonight’s show. MGK was also nominated for Top Rock Song with Blackbear for their collaborative single “My Ex’s Best Friend,” however AJR won that award for their single “BANG!”

Other projects up for the title of Top Rock Album were AC/DC’s Power Up, Miley Cyrus’ Plastic Hearts, Glass Animals’ Dreamland and Bruce Springsteen’s Letter To You.

Hosted by Nick Jonas, the 2021 BBMAs will air live from Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, May 23 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC.
