On Christmas Eve, Combs shared his favorite memory with Music Mayhem and it is the perfect showcase of how humble the superstar truly is.

The “Better Together” singer revealed that his parents got him his own television when he was about 13 years old along with an old couch from Goodwill.

“My parents got me my own television when I was probably like 13 maybe…12 and they put it in the basement and they got me like an old couch from Goodwill,” Combs shared. “And, me and my buddies would go down there and they hooked it up to cable so me and my buddies could watch TV down there and play N64 and do all that stuff. So, that one was pretty neat. I appreciated, you know, the sentiment of my parents giving me my own space and stuff like that was a really awesome thing. And, I think eventually the TV ended up in my bedroom so… couple years that lasted and then I wanted to have it in the bedroom.”

This year for Christmas, Combs gifted his wife Nicole Hocking Combs some “Christmas chickens” and he says that it’s “pure country heat.”

Combs recently released the deluxe edition of his chart-topping album, What You See Is What You Get, dubbed What You See Ain’t Always What You Get. He also recently revealed that he has been “writing songs” a lot and spending “extra time” with his wife during quarantine.

He also shared a teaser of a new song entitled “Ever Mine,” which you can listen to HERE.
