Dan+Shay and Justin Bieber have officially released their new single “10,000 Hours” today (Oct. 4) after teasing fans about the collaboration for a few days after Bieber’s wedding last weekend, where he married Hailey Baldwin and it is said that the country duo sang at the Bieber wedding. It is reported by TasteOfCountry that the duo performed “Speechless,” “Tequila” & their new collaborative track “10,000 Hours” at the wedding reception.

“10,000 Hours” was written by both members of the country duo Dan+Shay, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney, along with Bieber, Jordan Reynolds, Jessie Jo Dillon, and Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd. The song is said to be the first track from Dan+Shay’s upcoming album, and was produced by Smyers himself. Details including a release date and title for Dan+Shay’s next album has not yet been revealed. The new album is however the follow-up to their 2018 self-titled third LP.

Although Dan+Shay are co-managed by Jason Owen and Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun. Their relationship goes further than just a mutual management team but the duo has built a long-lasting friendship with Bieber throughout the last few years of supporting each others careers. So what a better way to celebrate their friendship other then putting out a new song together. Listen to the new single below.
