Kane Brown has announced the release date for his “Cool Again” music video.
The country superstar shared a brief clip on himself late Tuesday (August 4) evening on a sunny beach with his summertime single “Cool Again” making the soundtrack as he announced the release date for the music video. Fans can watch the snippet below.
Brown teased fans back in late June that he was filming a music video with Nelly to accompany a remix of the single. However, It remains unknown when the remix will be released and if this music video will be the remix to the popular track featuring Nelly or not. According to an Instagram post from Nelly, the pair shot the video for the “Cool Again” remix on Thursday (June 25) on the beach in Miami, Florida.
The music video is set to be released on Friday, August 7.

“‘Cause I just wanna be cool again, cool again, cool again / Like we were last summer / Want you again, you again, you again / To be stealin’ my covers / All those tangled in each other nights / Still playing back in my head / I just wanna be cool again, cool again, cool again, yeah,” he sings on the chorus.
“Cool Again” was co-written by Brown alongside Josh Hoge, Matthew McGinn and Lindsay Rimes.
Brown is slated to release his highly-anticipated new EP on August 14.
