After much-anticipation, Kane Brown has finally revealed the release date to his forthcoming EP on Saturday (August 1).

A fan named Doris Caudill tweeted the country superstar using a crying Bitmoji of herself with the caption saying “This is me every morning I get up and see nothing about @kanebrown EP.”

The “Worldwide Beautiful” singer quickly replied to the fan revealing that the EP will be out on August 14.

No other information has been revealed about the forthcoming EP, we can only assume that his singles “Cool Again,” “Be Like That” and “Worldwide Beautiful” will appear on it as well as the recently teased Nelly remix of “Cool Again.”

Back in April, Brown spoke with Radio.com and said that he will be releasing an EP “pretty soon” before he releases a new album which will come “soon after.”

“I don’t know, I mean we’re working on the album, I think we’re gonna release an EP first and then the album is coming soon after,” Brown explained to Kelly Ford of Radio.com. “I don’t know how soon and I don’t know the exact date, we don’t have it yet but the EP will be pretty soon.”

Additionally, On Friday (July 31) evening, Brown shared some more news on his Instagram story in a clip of himself with “Be Like That” collaborators Khalid and Swae Lee, telling fans that he was shooting the music video for the aforementioned song.

“Here with my boys, we just shot it bro,” said Brown when speaking about the “Be Like That” music video.

“It’s a wrap, mega movie,” added Swae Lee while Khalid began to sing the hit single “Be Like That.”

The release date for the music video was not yet announced.
