Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn Brown made one engaged couple’s bachelor/bachelorette weekend in Nashville unforgettable after personally inviting them to the VIP balcony at the “Heaven” singer’s new bar, Kane Brown’s On Broadway, during the venue’s first official opening day.

During the opening celebration at Brown’s brand-new Lower Broadway venue, located at 312 Broadway in the former home of The Valentine, Kane and Katelyn Brown were hanging out with their friends, family and Elia Group guests on the mezzanine-level balcony overlooking the main floor when Katelyn spotted two fans below wearing coordinating shirts inspired by Kane Brown’s current single, “Woman.” The groom-to-be’s black shirt featured the word “Groom” on the front and “I Got A Woman” on the back, while the bride-to-be wore a white shirt reading “Bride” on the front and “She’s Got A Man” on the back.

Katelyn immediately snapped a photo of the soon-to-be newlyweds in their custom t-shirts and posted it to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “the cutest bride and groom!!! So in love.” Katelyn then got Kane’s attention to see the couple and he instantly loved the shirts and decided to personally invite the couple upstairs to meet him and his wife.

Music Mayhem was onsite and watched the moment unfold and later caught up with the bride and groom, Rachael Guerin and Evan Chimino of Buffalo, New York, who opened up about the surreal experience. Rachael Guerin and Evan Chimino, who are set to tie the knot on July 10, 2026, were in Nashville celebrating their joint bachelor and bachelorette party when the unexpected happened.

“My fiance and I decided to plan a joint bachelorette trip to Nashville,” Guerin shared. “After booking the trip we saw an article about Kane opening up his own bar on broadway. We waited for dates to be announced in hopes that it would be open for us to see memorial weekend. After being announced his bar would be open the SAME weekend we arrive we were star struck. It was meant to be!”

She continued, “I told my fiance I will be there all day until I see him and Katelyn, it was a goal of mine.”

Little did they know that just hours later, they would be hanging out with the beloved country couple themselves at Kane Brown’s On Broadway.

After spotting the pair in the crowd, Kane and Katelyn invited them up to the private balcony area of the mezzanine, where they spent time chatting with them, snapped selfies together and even signed the bride’s shirt to further commemorate the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

“I happened to look up and see Katelyn in the corner of the second floor and I was praying she would notice our shirts. She asked us to turn around so we can take a picture! After that she showed us her phone that she was posting it to her story right now!” Guerin explained. “In this moment, I was speechless. I never would have thought that we would be picked out of a crowd when sooo many other bachelorette trips happen here! After she posted the video Kane must have walked to her and she showed him and that’s when he waved for us to come up. My heart was racing and it didn’t feel real. I prayed for this!”

What makes this even more special is that their custom t-shirts were actually a last minute decision, and almost didn’t happen. According to Guerin, the idea came together at the very last minute after hearing Kane’s song “Woman” on the radio while the couple were driving around Nashville the day before the bar’s opening weekend.

“I was in the car the day before we hit the road and “woman” came on the radio. This is when I realized these lyrics were meant to be on a shirt for us!  I posted on Facebook in hopes someone could make us shirts in less than 24 hours,” Guerin added.

Thankfully, that last minute decision paid off in a major way for the couple. “When we came up the stairs to meet Kane and Katelyn they said congrats and asked if we were getting married there in Nashville. We told them we are from Buffalo, New York and that’s where our wedding will be held. Katelyn told us that she can see how much we love one another and that we were so cute together! They are literally a dream couple to us! They are perfect and so inspiring. Kane and Kate are such amazing sweet people! For them to do this for us is a lifetime of memories we will never let go of!”

Rachael Guerin and Evan Chimino have been longtime fans of Kane Brown and make it a point to attend at least one of his concerts each year. The couple also share two children, who have grown to love Kane’s music and the Brown family as well. “He’s became so known in our house that our 5 year old and 2 year old sing along with us. My 5 year old is going to loose it when she sees the picture [of us with Kane]. Shes always asking about Kingsley, Kodi and Krewe. She loves watching their social media with us!”

Guerin added that she and her soon-to-be husband have a playlist full of Kane Brown’s music, which will definitely be playing throughout their wedding reception in July. “Kane’s music is definitely the most played in our house and vehicles! His music is like no other. Any person can listen to his songs and enjoy them. Majority of our wedding ceremony songs I will say are Kane and my family already knew that was coming,” she said with a laugh.

What started as an average bachelor/bachelorette trip to Nashville turned into a once-in-a-lifetime memory for the New York couple at Kane Brown’s On Broadway, and a story they’ll likely be telling their friends and family long after they say “I do” this summer.

“We still feel like we are dreaming, it doesn’t feel real BEST BACHELORETTE TRIP EVER, once in a lifetime for sure!” Guerin admitted before detailing how the moment was also full-circle for the couple as the first time her fiance told her “I love you” was in Nashville at another bar on Broadway. “The first time Evan said I love you to me was in Nashville on Jason Aldean roof top bar and we knew we had to make a point to be back in Nashville for our bachelorette before we said I do.”

Kane Brown’s On Broadway is now open and the soon-to-be Chiminos say it is a must visit on your next trip to Nashville. “For anyone in Nashville Kane Brown’s bar is a MUST. The atmosphere, the photos, the neon signs! It’s amazing. And the bands were AMAZING!”
