Kane Brown is opening a new Nashville bar, Kane Brown’s On Broadway. Slated to open Memorial Day Weekend, according to Kane Brown himself, Kane Brown’s On Broadway will be a multi-story bar, restaurant, and live music venue, unlike anything else on Broadway. The 11,400-square-foot space, developed in partnership with Elia Group, will be located at 312 Broadway in the historic building that formerly housed The Valentine.

“We’ve really taken our time developing the bar. We wanted to make it a place that stands apart from everything else on Lower Broadway. I wanted to build a place that I want to hang out at, my friends want to hang out at and will be an unforgettable experience for anyone who visits,” Brown shared in a statement. “Nights in Nashville are about to hit a little bit different.”

As for Zaid Elia, Founder & CEO of Elia Group, he stated, “Our partnership with Kane Brown marks a defining moment for Elia Group and for the city of Nashville… We are honored to partner with an artist of Kane Brown’s stature to bring to life a project that is unmistakably Nashville: bold in vision, warm in spirit and unforgettable in every detail.”

Elia continued, “He is a visionary artist who has continually redefined boundaries while remaining deeply rooted in authenticity—a philosophy that mirrors our own approach to hospitality at the highest level. For Elia Group, this collaboration represents the latest milestone in our longstanding and unwavering commitment to Nashville. It underscores our sustained investment in transformative, iconic properties; in immersive, thoughtfully curated design; and in guest experiences that celebrate the city’s rich heritage while actively shaping its vibrant future.”

Music Mayhem compiled a complete list of everything we know about Kane Brown’s On Broadway so far, which you can see below.

Kane Brown & His Team Have Been Working On The Bar For Over Two Years

Kane Brown has been hands-on and “super involved” in developing the venue for over two years. He has even been studying what works, and what doesn’t, across other artist bars on Broadway to be sure his brings a unique and fun experience for guests.

“We’ve had it for two years… We’ve been going to each bar and seeing what works and what doesn’t work for the other artists. I want to make it look really cool, but make it different just because my music is all over the place,” he explained to Bobby Bones on The Bobby Cast.

He Promises A “Very Different” Bar, Unlike Anything Else On Broadway

Kane Brown has emphasized that this won’t be a typical Broadway bar. From the color palette to the overall design, the country superstar revealed to 94.9 The Bull that he has “super involved” within the design of the new Lower Broadway bar to make sure it will standout among the rest.

“I’m super involved in it. It’s going to be very different,” Brown shared with the radio station. He admitted that all the way down the just the color scheme of the bar will be very different and promises that his establishment will be unlike anything else on Broadway. “Even all the way to the color scheme. Just kind of my brand you know it’s going to be I believe the first floor is kind of like Broadway we didn’t take too much… I mean we changed it a little bit, but not crazy,” he continued.

The Bar Serves As A Full-Circle Moment For Kane Brown

Kane Brown’s On Broadway opening will serve as a full-circle moment for Kane Brown, who spent many of his early-career nights at The Valentine. Now, opening his own bar and grill in that very space marks a full-circle moment, rooted in years of connection to Lower Broadway and his journey as an artist.

Kane Brown’s On Broadway Will Feature Four Floors, Including A Rooftop

Kane Brown’s On Broadway will feature four floors, including a sprawling rooftop. Each floor will offer its own distinct vibe and will be designed to reflect the full spectrum of Kane Brown’s artistry.

The ground (main) level brings the classic Broadway energy, featuring a full-scale live music stage surrounded by exposed brick and modern steel-and-glass accents. Just above the main floor, the mezzanine provides a more exclusive perspective. With dedicated bar service and prime views of the stage below, it’s an ideal spot for fans who want to stay close to the action while enjoying a more relaxed setting. The third floor shifts into a richer, more personal vibe. Designed with walnut paneling, platinum records, and curated portraits, this space is tailored for private parties, bottle service, and a deeper connection to Brown’s musical journey.

At the top, the rooftop delivers a full-day experience, from brunch and frozen cocktails to sunset views and late-night DJs. Overlooking the Nashville skyline, it’s designed to transition seamlessly from laid-back afternoons to high-energy, fun-filled nights.

Second Floor Will Include A Miami-Inspired Bar Called Dusk

One of the most unique elements is a second-floor bar called Dusk. Inspired by a Miami-style aesthetic, the space will feature a completely different vibe from the main floor, giving guests a more intimate, lounge-like escape within the venue.

“There’s going to another bar inside of it called Dusk, which is like a cool like spot I would hang out. I don’t know it’s just going to be different than anything else on Broadway,” he shared with 94.9 The Bull. During another interview with Bobby Bones, Brown shared, “We’re going to have the traditional live band on the first floor, but then as you go up we’re going to have another bar, or another like speakeasy called Dusk. It’s gonna feel like a Miami vibe. We picked like Miami type of colors, which I don’t think anything on Broadway feels like that.”

Kane Brown’s On Broadway Set To Open Memorial Day Weekend

While an official opening date and time have not yet been announced, Kane Brown told Bobby Bones that Kane Brown’s On Broadway is expected to open around Memorial Day Weekend—likely in the days leading up to or just after May 25, 2026.
