Jonny Craig revealed on March 27 that he and his girlfriend Syd were expecting a baby boy and on Monday (July 13) Craig shared the news on Instagram that his child was born.
Craig revealed their son’s name and shared the first photos of their little family.
Storm Parker-Monroe Craig made his debut weighing 7lbs, 7oz.
“i have been ghost for days… this is why. i am a proud father of a beautiful 7 pounds 7 ounces baby boy “ STORM PARKER-MONROE CRAIG “ this is the most amazing feeling in the world.. now it took a moment to decide if we would post but i felt it would be nice to show you @sydsosmall and mines little baby god,” Craig shared on Instagram. “We will be keeping him mostly private after this post( im sure you will see stories etc.) i just dont wanna flash him around like a pair of shoes. mostly i wanna give all the credit and love to my partner @sydsosmall she went through HOOPs to have this little guy and she deserves so much respect and dear god does she have it from me hahaha. thank you to everyone who sent something from the registry. i have something amazing coming for those people! this little man will know a life i never did. he will feel love like i never did and he has my heart till the world burns. same with my midget! welcome little storm to our family and please respect the fact we wanna keep him private. thank you! please look out for new music coming asap and just know all the support is VERY welcomed and appreciated!”

Craig’s girlfriend Syd also shared the news saying: “A very special post! My life has become whole. @jonnycraig4l and I made the most perfect being, the most precious existence, the most handsome boy. We made a family! The love is unexplainable…I feel speechless. It’s been such a magical time knowing this tiny person, best few days of my life. He’s healthy, happy, just completely perfect. I know a love for Jonny that has bloomed into a greater love I never dreamed could happen since I love him endlessly already…I never would’ve had a child with anyone else on the planet. He’s such an amazing father and has been the best/most incredible support anyone could ask for. I love my boys. I am complete.”

Storm Parker-Monroe Craig is the couples first child together.
Craig is best known as the former lead singer of bands Dance Gavin Dance, Emarosa and Slaves, as well as the short-lived supergroup Isles and Glaciers. Since moving on as a solo artist, Craig has released two studio albums, two EPs and one live album.
