The singer/songwriter/author/entrepreneur revealed the news to fans on Tuesday morning (Aug. 22) in an Instagram video showcasing her growing baby bump.

“Good morning ☀️,” Jessie James Decker captioned the brief clip.

Announced Her Pregnancy With A Video On Instagram

The clip, which was soundtracked by Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby,” featured Jessie James Decker stepping out onto a balcony in a picturesque location, wearing only a pair of underwear and a crop top that allowed her baby bump to be put on full display.

Jessie James Decker and Eric Decker’s new bundle of joy will join her sons Forrest Bradley, 5, and Eric “Bubby” Jr., 8, and daughter Vivianne Rose, 9.

Previously Talked About Wanting More Kids

The “Should Have Known Better” singer previously opened up about wanting to have more children.

“Honestly, we’re not trying to have a kid —we’re also not, not trying to have one,” Jessie told PEOPLE. “We’re not planning on it, so we’re just letting lives happen. And if it happens, it’s a blessing. If it doesn’t, it wasn’t meant to be, but we’re not doing anything to not make it happen.”

The Deckers’ Kids Have Been Asking For A Baby Sister

In February of 2022, Jessie James Decker revealed that her kids are asking for a baby sister.

“I’ve been extra lovey lately and having the big question mark of ‘is this the end of our baby creating? Are we done?’” Jessie wrote on social media. “I’m so content and full of joy with our 3 but I do go through ups and downs of not being sure at this moment to make it final. I was a total NO up until recently.”

“The kids have been asking for a baby sister. It’s a battle and heavy on my mind lately,” Decker continued. “The idea of worn out pregnancy and always being scared if the baby is growing ok, the hospital stuff (especially with how things are now), the getting sick (I always do) and having my three others to care for etc, is a big factor.

She concluded the post by saying, “But like I said, I’m just going through all of the emotions right now. Maybe not right now?… in a few years?… it will pass? Anyone else here? Need to pray on it.”

Recently Celebrated Their Tenth Anniversary

The soon-to-be mother of four and her husband celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in June 2023. The beloved couple took to social media to commemorate the milestone.

“10 years today my love✨ 6/22/13,” the reality TV star captioned a photo from their wedding day.

“Happy 10 years mi amor! Had the most amazing day with you and our babies! I am grateful for your love and commitment to me❤️ You are my North Star, ⭐️” Eric wrote.

Jessie James Decker, who made waves with “I Still Love You,” her collaboration with Billy Currington, last year, is currently back in the studio working on new music.

Just hours after her pregnancy announcement, Decker shared a photo from the studio via Instagram stories and said she was “cutting a smash.”
