Jason Aldean’s latest single “Blame It On You” has officially become his 25th No. 1 single!

The multi-platinum country superstar shared the exciting news via a post on his social media on Sunday (July 18) and his team confirmed the news in a press release on Monday (July 19). 

“25 No. one songs is bigger than I could have dreamed while I was driving that delivery truck back in Macon, GA,” Aldean admits via a press release. The hitmaker and Georgia native then dedicated the achievement to his fans, Country Radio and team.

Aldean adding, “This one is for the fans, Country Radio and my team for taking this crazy ride with us.”

“Thank you for taking #BlameItOnYou to #1 this week,” Aldean’s tweet began. “This one feel especially sweet bc it was written by 2 guys that have been with me for over 20 yrs. It’s our 25th #1 together but the 1st they have written that I sang on to get there. Thanks to everybody who had a part in it.”

The track takes the top spot on both Mediabase/Country Aircheck Singles chart and Billboard’s Country Airplay this week

“Blame It On You” was co-written by Aldean’s bandmates Kurt Allison and Tully Kennedy alongside John Edwards, Michael Tyler and Brian White. The track appears on his sixth consecutive No. 1 album, 9. The song makes 34 Top 10 songs on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, which is more than any other artist, since making his chart debut in 2005.

Additionally, Aldean will hitting the road on his massive headlining tour dubbed Back In The Saddle Tour. The 35-date tour kicks off on August 8 in Virginia Beach, the tour will feature Aldean alongside special guests HARDY and Lainey Wilson.

Following his late summer through mid-fall tour, Aldean will return to Park Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas for his Back in the Saddle: Las Vegas 2021 three-night mini-residency which runs December 9 through 11th.
