Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany Aldean took time to spread some Christmas cheer ahead of the holiday by gifting unsuspecting gas station patrons with free gas.

The couple captured their good deeds on video via a clip-on cell phone holder that was wrapped around their chests and later shared the clip on social media.

“We love spreading holiday cheer,❣️ “ Brittany captioned the video. ”Merry Christmas to all🎄♥️ @jimmydarts inspired us 🙏🏼”

In the video, Jason and Brittany are disguised as Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and can be seen standing outside of a Twice Daily/ Shell gas station in Tennessee holding a sign that reads, “shake that ass for free gas.”

“Merry Christmas, today we are going to spread some cheer at a local gas station, let’s do it,” Brittany said, introducing the clip, as Jason shouted, “ho ho ho.”

As the clip continued, Jason and Brittany swiped their credit card on gas pumps to surprise nearly a dozen gas station customers with a full tank of gas.

“Giving gas that’s awesome stuff,” one customer said to which Brittany replied, “yes, just for the holidays. You know?”

One driver appeared to be shocked when he received a lot more than a tank of gas.

“Since we couldn’t give you a lot of gas. We would like to give you $100,” Brittany told one unsuspecting patron at the gas station.

“It helps because I drive from here to Nashville for work like every day,” he revealed to her.

At one point in the video, Brittany was seen pumping gas for a female driver before she graciously thanked the XO Britt Aldean owner for the gift of free gas.

Several people took to the comments to praise the couple for their generosity, including Jason’s sister, Kasi Rosa, Brett Young’s wife, Taylor Mills Young, as well as hundreds of fans.

“So good! Y’all da best!” Rosa wrote alongside some Christmas emojis. “Always the most generous!!! Love this so much,” Mills Young later added.

“Omg this is amazing! I love you guys,” one fan wrote, while another added, “What an awesome idea! You guys are the most generous people I’ve ever met! God bless y’all and Merry Christmas!”

The gas gifting comes after the couple enjoyed a lavish holiday getaway to Telluride, Colorado with their friends and family.

Throughout their time in the mountainside town, the Aldeans’ documented their vacation on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse into the winter escapades.

Jason and Brittany had their children, Memphis, 5, and Navy, 3, in tow. They were also joined by Jason’s sister, Kasi Rosa, her husband, Chuck Wicks, and their son, Tucker. Jason’s cousin, Logan Crosby, and their longtime friends, Dee Jay Silver and Jenna Perdue, also tagged along with their children.

“The band Alabama has been really influential on my career, so it’s cool to get to give a nod to my musical heroes with the first Christmas song we’ve ever put out,” Jason shared at the time of the tune’s release.

Jason Aldean will enjoy some downtime over the holiday season. Earlier this year, the Georgia native brought his Rock N’ Roll Cowboy Tour to cities across the nation.

In the Spring, he released his double album, Macon, Georgia. The project features 10 live tracks and 20 new originals, including the chart-topping hits “Trouble with a Heartbreak” and “If I Didn’t Love You” with Carrie Underwood as well as his current single “That’s What Tequila Does.”
