GAYLE is looking forward to hitting the road.

The 18-year-old singer-songwriter behind the viral hit, “abcdefu” will be touring alongside Taylor Swift and P!NK and she couldn’t be more excited.

On the red carpet at this year’s Grammy Awards, GAYLE chatted with PEOPLE’s Janine Rubenstein and Jeremy Parsons, telling the pair she was “so honored” to get to open for both artists.

“I have 15 shows with Taylor, and 15 shows with Pink. I’m so excited. I’m so honored,” GAYLE gushed over getting to open up on Swift’s upcoming Eras Tour and P!NK’s Summer Carnival 2023 Tour.

The 18-year-old singer-songwriter teased plans for her set list, including a cover of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts’ “Bad Reputation.” She also shared something else she’s looking forward to about going on the road.

GAYLE Will Turn 19 While On Tour

GAYLE is turning 19 while serving as support on Swift’s Eras Tour, sharing that one of the shows is on her birthday.

In getting to turn another year older while on tour with unarguably one of the biggest artists in the music industry, GAYLE said the tour will be “my personality for the rest of my life.”

GAYLE Said Swift Asking Her To Tour With Her Is ‘Life Changing’

GAYLE said the “Anti-Hero” singer has been “very helpful” and “just very nice” in supporting her blossoming music career.

“Taylor is obviously very experienced in the life of just making music and being in the public eye, and obviously it’s very different where she is versus where I am, but she’s been very helpful and just very nice, and just helps me not lose my mind sometimes.”

“And she’s literally — I could cry thinking about it — she’s changing my life. It’s incredible,” GAYLE shared.

GAYLE Also Gushed about P!NK

While speaking with Entertainment Tonight’s Nischelle Turner at the Grammy’s, GAYLE revealed she just confirmed she’d be going on tour with P!NK.

“It’s absolutely ridiculous,” GAYLE said of the opportunity to tour with the “TRUSTFALL” singer, calling her and Swift “icons.”

GAYLE also said she was going to start going to the gym in preparation for the tour, to which Turner added, “[P!NK’s] body is no joke.”

“I have to learn how to do a pull-up. I can’t even do a pull-up,” GAYLE admitted. “How does this happen?”

“She’s going to have you in acrobatics swinging through the air,” Turner joked in response.

Besides Getting Ready To Tour, GAYLE Is Working On New Music

While on the Grammy’s red carpet, GAYLE told PEOPLE’s Rubenstein and Parsons she will be releasing new music soon and is in the “middle of possibly working on a little album.”

The singer-songwriter’s new music will follow her three previous EPs, a study of the human experience volumes one, two, and two and a half, which were all released in 2022.

Her hit single, “abcdefu,” which she co-wrote at just 16 years old appeared on a study of the human experience volume one.

The song, which was inspired by what GAYLE calls a toxic relationship with her now ex-boyfriend, was nominated for “Song Of The Year” at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

“I had written a million songs about this person, but I was really angry at him and was angry at the people who enabled him and his behavior. One of the reasons why he treats people improperly is because he was treated improperly. So I was mad at him and everyone who enabled him,” GAYLE explained of the song’s inspiration.

Fans of the indie-pop singer can see her open on Swift’s Eras Tour beginning on Mar. 17 and on P!NK’s Summer Carnivale 2023 Tour beginning on Jun. 7.
