Sheffield band, Bring Me The Horizon‘s sold out concert lastnight (Nov. 30th) at Alexandra Palace (10,000 capacity) in London on their First Love Tour in support of their new record, amo, being release next month, was quite an evening, bring Harry Styles out to the show and also having a confirmed tragic event of a one fan dying at the concert, with reports of a second being seriously injured. Although, The venue did not confirm the individuals death, they did release a statement hinting around it saying:

A medical incident occurred at last night’s Bring Me The Horizon concert. Our thoughts and condolences are with the individual’s family and we would like to express our deepest sympathy to them. We hope you can appreciate we cannot provide any further comment at this time.

Frontman of SHVPES, Griffin Dickinson (son to Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson) tweeted that a fan had died and has since removed them from the internet, below is what he had to say:

Last night at a BMTH show I saw a kid die. He was carried out by 3 dudes & paramedics tried to resuscitate him to no avail. Please please please look out for people around you. Don’t leave it up for someone else. If someone looks unwell, CHECK on them… (1/2 tweets)

In any situation, on a tube, at a gig, whatever. I feel like British ‘awkwardness’ gets in the way of helping people. Don’t be afraid to call an ambulance. Don’t act like it ain’t your business. ACT on it. Rest in peace to that dude. Thoughts are with his family rn. (2/2 tweets)

Alexandra Palace have confirmed that one fan died at last night’s show. Reports of a second death are still being verified. There are eyewitness reports that another fan was left so brutally hurt in the moshpit and apparently “almost lost an entire ear.” Multiple fans are said to have sustained injuries according to a Twitter thread, whereas lots of phones are also believed to have been stolen or lost at the show.

UPDATE: The deceased’s name is reportedly Ali Mills, and we’re being told that he died from a heart attack.

Bring Me the Horizon has not yet commented on the situation. We will keep you updated on this story develops. We would like to send out our condolences to the families of those involved.
