Chris Lane and his wife Lauren Bushnell Lane have welcomed their second child!

According to Lauren’s latest Instagram post, baby boy Lane arrived on Sunday (Oct. 16) and just two days later on (Oct. 18) the family enjoyed a milestone moment as their eldest son, Dutton Walker Lane, met his baby brother for the first time.

The Lanes’ documented their two sons meeting for the first in an emotional clip that Lauren shared. In the clip, Chris Lane is seen entering the hospital room holding Dutton’s hand as he walked over to Lauren’s bedside to introduce him to their second son, whose name has yet to be revealed.

“Meet your brothers, he’s your brother,” The Lanes’ collectively told Dutton in the video.

Following the arrival of their new baby boy, congratulatory messages from Bachelor Nation and the country music community began to pour in, including Summer Pardi, Raelynn, Abby Smyers, Tia Booth, Ali Mannow, Catherine Lowe, and many more.

The “Fill Them Boots” singer first revealed the news of Lauren’s pregnancy exclusively with People on Monday, June 6, unveiling that their new addition will be arriving this fall.

“I guess it’s no secret to what’s been goin on in the Lane household 🤠 Dutty is gonna be a brother!” Chris shared on Instagram.

While Chris and Lauren have previously opened up about expanding their family, they admit that the pregnancy was a shock.

“To be quite honest, I’ve never been more shocked in my entire life, because this was very much an unexpected surprise,” Lauren told People. “We had planned on having at least two kids, so we’re very thankful that it was able to happen for us, even if it wasn’t necessarily on our exact timing. We’re both just incredibly excited.”

Their new bundle of joy joins their son, Dutton Walker Lane, who arrived in June of 2021.

Chris Lane and Lauren Lane married in October of 2019. After welcoming Dutton Walker into their family last June, they revealed that his name was inspired by the hit show Yellowstone.

“You can take one guess where we got that from, is from the TV show Yellowstone,” Lane told PopCulture.com and other media outlets in 2021. “And we really love the name a lot.”

He added, “I know it’s a little different, but I think it’s pretty cool.”

Dutton’s middle name, Walker, could also be inspired from a character on Yellowstone as singer/songwriter Ryan Bingham’s character on the show is Walker, a former prisoner turned ranch hand.
