Brett Young got two very meaningful tattoos to his body on Sunday (Jan. 31).
The singer added the heartbeats of his 1-year-old daughter, Presley Elizabeth Young, as well as his second child, who will arrive later this year. The tattoo lives on his side torso beneath his last name and was completed by his longtime friend and famed tattoo artist Bubba Irwin.
Young also pays tribute to his daughter, Presley, in his latest single “Lady,” which was inspired by her and his wife Taylor. In the opening lyrics to the track, Young sings “I remember when I first heard your heartbeat / It had only been eight weeks / standing there, starin’ at that screen was the / first time you ever scared me.”
Fans gushed over the heartfelt tattoos saying things like “so sweet” and “what an awesome tattoo.”

Irwin has previously inked Young as well as a star-studded list of artists including country superstars Kane Brown, Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and more.
The popular tattoo artist previously appeared on the reality TV show, Ink Master, winning Season 9 of the competition series.
