Kirstin Maldonado, a member of the award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix, welcomed her first child alongside her boyfriend Ben Hausdorff, who is a freelance filmmaker and photographer.

On Monday afternoon (July 4), the singer and her boyfriend took to social media to share the exciting news.

Maldonado shared a series of images, including her and Hausdorff in the hospital holding their new bundle of joy, a baby girl named Elliana Violet, who was born on June 28, 2022.

“I can’t believe a week ago you were still in my tummy. After a bit of an unexpected and difficult delivery, we finally got to meet our beautiful baby girl 6/28/22 and have been so over the moon in love with her. 🥹🤍” the new mother wrote. “We are soaking up every beautiful perfectly imperfect newborn moment; every late night cuddle, feed, cry is all worth it with our sweet baby and my perfect partner in crime @hausdo 🤍”

The 30-year-old actress then revealed their daughter’s name while gushing over how much she adores her first child.

“Elliana Violet, your mommy and daddy feel so lucky to have you and love you SO much, it’s insane!! We had no idea our hearts could expand this much,” Maldonado added. “You are worth everything and more. Welcome to the family, sweet Evie baby 🤍”

Ben Hausdorff also took to his Instagram to share the news that Elliana has arrived with his followers.

“Welcome to the world and to our fur family Elliana Violet. You are already so loved and so tiny! @kirstin you are incredible and an absolute warrior,” Hausdorff said. “Thank you for giving life to our gorgeous, precious, sweet baby Evie. Cheers to this new forever journey. I love you both sm ❤️”
