Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have reportedly moved into their newly-built 13,000-square-foot, $13.2 California mansion.
The superstars have marked a “new beginning” after Stefani and her boys spent quarantine at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch.
“They are very happy to be settled at last in their family home,” a source told US Weekly. “Gwen wanted to be moved in for the start of the school year, even though the kids are doing school at home because of COVID-19.”
Their new home is located in Encino area of the San Fernando Valley. It is said that the couple purchased the home in October 2019.

The same source said the new home is “very warm and inviting with a lot of space for the boys to tumble around and get dirty,” along with a significant amount of space for storage including a large closet for the couple, ceiling to floor windows, a four-car garage, a massive swimming pool, home movie theater and even an outdoor kitchen for some family barbecues.
“They are truly happy as a family and it’s the new beginning Gwen needed,” said the source.
Shelton and Stefani have collaborated on four duets including their latest “Happy Anywhere” and their No. 1 hit “Nobody But You.”
The couple will be returning to The Voice as coaches for Season 19. The show resumes on October 19, 2020 on NBC.
