Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are the perfect pair!

The superstars both share the same career path of being musicians, however, they both come from very different backgrounds and ways of life. Shelton says that they now feel comfortable venturing into each others very different lifestyles and have grown accustomed to them, completing their journey.

“She comes to Oklahoma, and it’s not like this now, but at first, she had to have felt like ‘where am I? What is this place?’ This is not how she grew up, and the same with me. I’d go to LA and it’s like ‘What is this place? How do I fit in here?’ And I would still feel that way if she wasn’t there,” Shelton told 106.7 KMX in a recent interview. “You know, and I think the same thing with her for when she comes to Oklahoma, it’s just that’s what completes the journey for us.”

“It’s just as long as we’re together, it really doesn’t matter,” Shelton gushed.

The pair first met as coaches on The Voice in 2014, following both of their divorces. The superstar couple began dating in November 2015, just a year after working together on The Voice. In June 2020, Us Weekly reported that Stefani wants to marry Shelton when the coronavirus pandemic is over.

The couple got engaged last year in late October 2020 and their wedding plans are still pending due to the ongoing global health crisis.

Shelton and Stefani have four collaborative tracks together including “Go Ahead And Break My Heart,” “You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” their No. 1 duets “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere.”
