The wait is finally over! After days of teasing fans on social media with an epic collaboration track, BigXthaPlug and Bailey Zimmerman have officially dropped their brand-new duet titled, “All The Way.”
BigXthaPlug And Bailey Zimmerman Drop Long-Awaited Collaboration, “All The Way”
Out today (Friday, April 4), via 600 Entertainment/United Masters, this song combines Zimmerman’s country roots with BigXthaPlug’s Southern hip-hop prowess as the two artists channel their emotions in a song about a breakup.
The Charley Cooks and Bandplay produced track opens with subtle notes on acoustic guitar as Zimmerman provides the lyrical framework, depicting the story of a jilted man who would rather rip off the bandaid of a relationship than try to end things gently. Realizing the relationship is doomed, he begs his ex to simply cut to the chase with the hook of the chorus: “If you’re gonna leave me, leave me all the way.”

BigXthaPlug incorporates his talent into the mix pretty quickly, letting his spoken words pack a punch as he reflects on his ex’s deceptive ways with a newfound realization that he is better off despite being rejected by an untruthful lover.
“Said you stay, and you wanted my name, but you left, so I’m guessing that you never meant it,” he delivers the verse. “Said you’d try and hold on ’cause the love was so strong now I’m standing alone in this kitchen, Singing sad songs, but I’m knowing that this s**t don’t last long.”
“All The Way” Music Video
Coinciding with the release of “All The Way,” Zimmerman and BigXthaPlug have dropped the official music video for the track, which features both artists taking on the leading roles in the cinematic clip.
Directed by Jerry Morka, the music video opens with Zimmerman, wearing a red and black flannel button-up shirt with ripped jeans, leaving the house that he presumably shared with an ex-lover. BigXthaPlug delivers the verses while bringing the story to life in letter form, depicting the demise of what appeared to be a breakup from a tumultuous relationship.
In select scenes of the clip, BigXthaPlug and Zimmerman appear together, driving their point home with the hard-hitting lyrics: “if you’re gonna leave me baby go and leave me all the way.”
Celebrating the fresh material, Zimmerman and BigXthaPlug have partnered up on an exclusive merch collection, now available for purchase HERE. The collection includes two graphic t-shirts that feature both artist’s iconic chains to promote the collaboration.
“All The Way” Marks The Beginning Of Forthcoming Country-Inspired Project
BigXthaPlug has long been a fan of country music, and for a while now, he has been hinting at a full-length country-leaning project. “All The Way” sets that project in motion as the multi-platinum breakout star continues to explore his cross-genre creativity, becoming a pioneer in the art of coming up with new sounds.
While no title or date has been announced yet for the forthcoming country EP, the Texan rapper has previously shared that the project will include collaborations with heavy hitters like Morgan Wallen, Jelly Roll, Post Malone, Shaboozey, and more. He is also expected to release the collection sometime later this year.
BigXthaPlug’s latest collaboration with Zimmerman follows the success of his sophomore hip-hop album, Take Care, which includes standout tracks like “Change Me,” “The Largest,” and “Mmhmm.” The project has secured him as one of the biggest rappers in the game, having dominated streaming platforms with his Take Care album, amassing over 3 billion streams, according to a press release. BigXthaPlug’s foray into country music, proves he is capable of just about anything, and a master at evolving in his artistry.

“All The Way” also comes at the conclusion of BigXthaPlug’s sold-out North American tour, which drew over 35,000 fans across key cities. Additionally, the 26-year-old Dallas, Texas-born rapper will continue treating fans with a packed schedule that includes upcoming performances at Dreamville Fest and Coachella 2025, alongside his opening role for Lil Baby’s Wham World Tour.
Meanwhile, Zimmerman will take the road this summer as part of his headlining New To Country Tour, with Dylan Marlowe and Drew Baldridge serving as openers on the trek.
