Named After His Single, “New To Country”

The “New To Country” Tour takes its namesake from his current single at Country radio of the same name. Co-written by Zimmerman alongside Heath Warren, Jacob Hackworth and Tim Galloway, “New To Country” is a defiant anthem about staying true to your roots, no matter how far you’ve come or how much success you’ve achieved. The song also celebrates remaining loyal to a small-town way of life and the people and values that made him who he is.

“Ain’t a thing changed ’round here but the money/ You try to mix it up, but let me tell you something/ Same liquor in my Dixie, same rowdy bunch with me/ I’ll be laid up in the dirt before you еver take it from me/ So takе the boy out the truck, take the boy out the mud/ Put him up in a PJ, he’ll still try to get them 40s stuck/ So line ’em up, turn it up and keep it runnin’/ Say whatever you want, but I’m anything but new to country,” Zimmerman sang on the chorus of the track.

Tickets for the New To Country Tour go on sale Friday, January 10 at 10AM local time. Fans can sign up for the Artist Presale HERE now until Wednesday, January 8 at 8 a.m. CT. Presale access begins Thursday, January 9 from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. local time.

Zimmerman’s 2025 tour follows his sold-out, 30+ city international 2024 headlining RELIGIOUSLY. THE TOUR.
