Bailey Zimmerman stopped his Ohio concert to assist with a “medical emergency” in the audience, ensuring that the fan in need of medical attention received prompt attention.
Halts Production Of Concert To Assist With A “Medical Emergency”
In the midst of his energy-filled set on his sold-out headlining tour on March 9 at The Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, the country star suddenly halted production of his concert as he noticed a fan in the crowd needed help. Zimmerman and his band were transitioning from “Fadeaway” to perform “Fix’n To Break” when he instructed his band to stop performing.
“We just got something going on over here, stage left here, if we could get some people over here,” Zimmerman said into his microphone, calling for medical and security personnel to aid the fan in need of assistance.
He then requested that the crowd to make room for personnel to have the space to access and assist the concertgoer. “If we could just make a path for people to get through there [to help]… Thank you so much,” he stated, addressing the capacity crowd.
“Sorry about this, y’all, we just got to take care of this. We really like to take safety into consideration here at BZ Co,” Zimmerman continued, apologizing to the audience for having to stop the show.
Lead Fans In Prayer
Zimmerman then took a moment to pray for the safety of the concertgoer, telling the crowd, “man, we just pray real quick.”
“Dear God, I pray that put your hand on whoever needs help tonight, and you just be with us tonight. It’s in your name we pray, Amen,” Zimmerman said, leading a prayer with the sold out crowd.
Later in the set, he offered a second prayer in honor of the fan who reportedly passed out during the show.
“Put a healing hand on her and let her get better, to your name we pray and play, Amen.” Zimmerman added.
