The 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards are upon us! The two-hour awards show broadcast is set to air live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on April 1 at 8/7c on FOX.

The 12th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards will celebrate the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2023, while also offering a preview of the upcoming hits of 2024. The show will feature award presentations in multiple categories, live performances from the biggest artists in music, surprise guests and collaborations in addition to showcasing the stories of the winning artists’ road to No. 1.

The 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air live from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday, April 1 (8:00-10:00 p.m. ET live / PT tape-delayed) on FOX. The awards show can also be heard on iHeartRadio stations nationwide and on the iHeartRadio app.
Host
Ludacris is set to host the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards, where he will also take a break from his duties to perform.
“I’m looking forward to hosting the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards and sharing the stage with some of the best in music,” Ludacris shared via a press release. “It will be an amazing night celebrating fan-favorite artists with special performances that fans won’t want to miss.”

The star-studded performance lineup includes Ludacris, Justin Timberlake, Green Day, TLC, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Tate McRae as well as a musical tribute to Cher.
Presenters
Avril Lavigne, GloRilla, Jared Leto, Jennifer Hudson, JoJo Siwa, Katy Perry, Latto, Meghan Trainor, Meryl Streep, Niecy Nash-Betts, Peso Pluma, Ravi Patel, Stevie Wonder, T-Pain, Vella Lovell and more are set to take the stage as presenters.

Taylor Swift leads the pack with a whopping total of nine nominations. Jelly Roll, 21 Savage and SZA follow behind with eight nods each, while Olivia Rodrigo earned seven nominations.

Innovator Award Recipient: Beyoncé
Beyoncé will be honored with the Innovator Award. Queen Bey stands out in music history for her daring creativity, which has profoundly influenced pop culture. She consistently delivers chart-topping music across various genres and stages groundbreaking tours, like the record-breaking RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR. Her recent single, “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM,” from the recently released COWBOY CARTER album, made history by simultaneously dominating multiple radio formats. “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” is officially the first song in music history to simultaneously chart across US Pop, Hot AC, AC, Country, Rhythmic, Hip Hop, R&B and Triple A radio formats.
It is the first song this year to reach No. 1 in the US and globally on all major sales/streaming platforms, also making her the first Black female artist to reach No. 1 on the Hot 100 with a Country song.

Icon Award Recipient: Cher
Global music icon Cher is set to receive the Icon Award, an honor given to an artist “who has made unparalleled contributions to the music industry over the course of their career,” according to iHeartRadio’s latest press release. The music legend will be on hand to accept the award.
Cher is one of the best-selling music artists in history, selling over 100 million records during the course of her extraordinary career. She is the only artist to date who has had a number-one single on a Billboard chart for seven consecutive decades. Among her many accomplishments, Cher is a celebrated Oscar, Emmy, GRAMMY® Award-winning, Kennedy Center Honoree. In 2023, Cher celebrated the 25th Anniversary of her classic album, Believe, as well as her first-ever Christmas album, Christmas, which hit number one on the Billboard charts.
Previous recipients of the Icon Award include Bon Jovi, Elton John, Jennifer Lopez and Pink.
iHeartRadio Landmark Award Recipients: TLC, Green Day
TLC and Green Day are set to receive the first-ever iHeartRadio Landmark Award, an “accolade recognizing artists’ album released that have inspired and shaped culture over multiple decades,” according to a press release.
