The East Tennessee native surprised the beyond capacity crowd at Whiskey Jam’s Losers Birthday Bash on Monday (Aug. 9) in the Losers Bar parking lot. The country superstar performed the chart-climbing, fan-favorite hit “Sand In My Boots” following a performance of a track that he is featured on alongside his longtime friend and Big Loud labelmate Ernest called “Flower Shops.”

Wallen also sat down alongside Riley Green lending his vocals as they performed “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” together, similar to a performance the superstar pair shared earlier this month in Alabama during Green’s softball charity event benefitting St. Jude at JSU Jim Case Stadium.

“Well, I did not expect to be here tonight, I just got done doing something for my charity earlier,” Wallen said before performing.

Green, Chris Young, Jamey Johnson, Dee Jay Silver, Clint Daniels, Bobby Pinson and a few special guests also performed at the event.
