Ashley McBryde and her mother, Martha, spent some quality time together making TikTok videos singing comical country songs.

Late last week, the chart-topping hitmaker shared a clip of her and her mom to TikTok that has fans cracking up and that quickly amassed 1.1 million views.

“Some OG #WilliamsandRee featuring mom. #dingdong,” McBryde captioned the clip.

Ashley McBryde Performed A Hilarious Tune Called “The Ding Dong Song” Alongside Her Mom

The clip finds McBryde sitting on a stool with her mom standing behind her in what appears to be her family’s home.

“Mom, do you remember that song about Little Debbie’s from when I was little?” McBryde asked her mother to which she replied, “no.”

“This is why I don’t remember things like birthdays,” McBryde replied laughing.

McBryde then went on to sing Williams & Ree’s comical tune, “The Ding Dong Song,” which her mom joined her in singing background vocals while also throwing in some fun adlibs.

Ashley McBryde Also Performed Ray Stevens’ Tune

A few days later, McBryde shared another video with her mom. This time, the pair are seated next to each other at a kitchen table, singing another unexpected song together.

“Would Jesus wear a Rolex? Featuring mom again. #ChetAtkins #gospel #cover” McBryde captioned the second clip.

The video begins as McBryde asked her mom, “Mom, do you remember that gospel song that Chet Akins wrote?” to which her mother replied, “no.”

McBryde then serenaded her mom with Ray Stevens’ 1987 hit “Would Jesus Wear A Rolex,” a song written by Chet Akins and Margaret Archer that appears on Stevens’ album, Crackin’ Up.

Her mom later joined in and sang the comical country tune with her daughter.
