Snoop Dogg revealed that he’s given his blunt roller a pay raise due to inflation. The rapper shared the news on Twitter, re-posting a tweet from the account UberFacts, which shared how much he previously paid his blunt roller.
“Snoop Dogg employs a full-time blunt roller who makes between $40,000 and $50,000 a year,” UberFacts said in their tweet.

“Inflation,” Snoop responded, re-posting the tweet to his page. “Their salary went up!!” The rapper also supposedly re-posted a subsequent tweet referring to his blunt roller’s raise which read, “Employers: Take notes from @SnoopDogg,” according to the New York Post.
Snoop previously talked about his blunt roller during a 2019 interview alongside actor Seth Rogen on Howard Stern’s radio show, the outlet reported.
“You have a man who rolls you blunts?” Rogen asked the rapper during the interview.
“Yes,” Snoop responded, adding, “I don’t have time. The motherf–ker rolls them and puts them in the package.”
“[My blunt roller] is like Lurch from The Addams Family. You rang?” He continued, laughing. “His timing is impeccable.”
When asked by Stern if his blunt roller was specifically hired by him, Snoop said, “That’s his J-O-B, his occupation. On his resume, it says, ‘what do you do? I’m a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller.”
“How does it come about, Snoop?” Stern asked the rapper a follow-up question.
“If you’re great at something I need, I’m hiring you,” he explained.
Stern then went on to ask how someone can make a living rolling blunts and what their income would look like. Snoop said he paid his blunt roller 40,000 to 50,000 dollars a year, as the UberFacts tweet had mentioned.
In addition to the 40,000 to 50,000 dollar salary, Snoop shared that his blunt roller gets everything he gets. This includes going on tour with him, free clothes, and getting to smoke all the weed he wants “for free.”
Aside from his marijuana use, Snoop was featured alongside K-Pop band BTS on Benny Blanco’s latest song, “Bad Decisions,” which was released Friday (Aug. 5).
There are also rumors that Snoop is working on a new album beside fellow rapper and frequent collaborator, Dr. Dre.
