Country’s brightest stars shined on the red carpet at the 2023 CMT Music Awards, held in Austin, Texas for the first time ever. Many artists opted for classic tones of black, white and gray, while some stars pushed the envelope with more bold color choices, like Chapel Hart’s joyful yellow ensembles.

Co-host Kane Brown sported a half-white, half-black suit, while his wife Katelyn wore an all-white strapless gown with matching arm-length gloves.

Brown’s co-host Kelsea Ballerini wore a form-fitting light gray gown with a white strapped bodice peeking out from the neckline.

Lainey Wilson donned a stunning floor-length dress with a red and royal blue pattern, featuring a plunging neckline. She finished off the look with a black hat accented with a gold ribbon and feather plume.

HARDY opted for the Johnny Cash man in black look, dressing in all black from head to toe.

Shania Twain went rouge with her look, from her red hair to her red and black patterned dress.

Megan Moroney stunned in a lime green mini-dress.

Dustin Lynch sported a classic neutral look with a beige and tan ensemble, complete with his signature cowboy hat.

Carly Pearce opted for a classic black dress with a delicate rhinestone-adorned scoop neckline.

Carrie Underwood brought the party glam with her silver rhinestone jacket and short suit.
