Rising artist William Beckmann got a very special video call from fellow country singer and friend Parker McCollum with news that left the Texas-native speechless: an invitation to make his Grand Ole Opry Debut on March 3!
“Look, last time I was at the Grand Ole Opry here in Nashville, they were asking me who else I thought deserved to get to play there and should get the opportunity to step into the circle, and of course your name was the first one that came to mind,” said McCollum to an unsuspecting Beckmann. “Thinking about your voice — just jaw-dropping voice — at the Grand Ole Opry seemed like it would be a perfect fit. So, I wanted to be the one that got to call you and tell you that on March 3, you’re going to make your Grand Ole Opry debut.”
“Dude, are you serious man? Thank you, man. It’s a dream come true,” a shocked Beckmann responded to the once in a lifetime opportunity.

“We are grateful to William for his generosity in giving back to Uvalde through his tour,” shared McConaughey. “The money he was able to raise will make a big impact in the services the just keep livin Foundation is providing to this community.”
“Looking back on 2022, the Las Posadas tour is probably what I’ll remember the most. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to help a community in need,” added Beckmann. “Especially when that community is one I know well. I want to thank all the people who helped me organize the tour and of course all the fans who came out to support it.”
