Morgan Wallen was nearly brought to tears over one fan’s touching message to him.

On Monday (Jan. 11), Wallen sat down to answer some questions from his biggest fans during a new segment as part of YouTube’s RELEASED

A fan from Lincoln, Nebraska named David Le almost made Wallen cry with his touching message to the country superstar.

“My name is David, I’m from Lincoln, Nebraska, and I’m a big fan of Morgan Wallen. He’s inspired me to be a better person and he’s also inspired me to start playing the guitar, so when I think of you, this is just something that kind of just flows. GAHT,” Le said in his video message before playing his acoustic guitar.

“That’s awesome man, you about made me cry, yeah that’s awesome,” Wallen replied.

“Before I go, where did you get the inspiration to write the song ‘Livin’ The Dream’?” Le asked Wallen.

“You know there’s positives and there’s negatives of being in the spotlight,” Wallen explained of his new song, “Livin’ The Dream.” “That song just came from a day that I was feeling a lot of the negatives, most days you’re real happy but some days you’ve learned lessons, that parts hard, so we got it from those parts in our life.”

“That meant a lot to me, I appreciate you following me from the start and i’m gonna continue to put my heart into what were doing and GAHT,” Wallen added.

You can watch the entire video of Wallen reacting to fans below.

Wallen’s sophomore album, Dangerous: The Double Album, was released on January 8 and includes hit songs such as “More Than My Hometown,” “7 Summers,” “Heartless (feat. Diplo),” “Cover Me Up” and more.
