Machine Gun Kelly (a.k.a Colson Baker)has begun production on a new western film.

The “Bloody Valentine” singer has not yet confirmed the movie he is filming as of yet but it seems the western he is filming is The Last Son of Isaac Lemay, directed by Tim Sutton. The movie also co-stars Heather Graham and Thomas Jane.

He teased the movie with a tweet on Twitter that said, “I’m living in the back of a saloon in Montana for the month shooting this cowboy movie, Heading out now to go meet my horse. wish me luck.”

Baker said that the movie is “HARRRD” and this movie marks his second lead role in a movie.

“The western we’re shooting is HARRRD. this is my second lead role in a movie. first one was playing @MrTommyLand in motley crue biopic The Dirt, i’m so stoked,” said MGK.

He also teased he outfit for the movie in a snowy scenery on October 18. He also mentioned that the movie is going to be very snowy.

He also is expected to ride a horse named R-2 in the film.

According to Republic World, The Last Son of Isaac LeMay will be set in the Sierra Nevada in the 19th Century. It features Sam Worthington as LeMay, a murderous outlaw cursed by a terrible prophecy. He hunts down his offspring to prevent his own murder and targeting his son Carl, essayed by Colson Baker. With bounty hunters and the cryptic Sheriff Solomon (Thomas Jane) on their trail, all are set on a collision course toward a brutal game of cat-and-mouse. Heather Graham will be seen as Anna, Carl’s mother.

The movie is produced by Andre Relis, Luke Schuetzle, and Jibs Polhemus. It’s expected to be released sometime in 2021.

MGK previously appeared in The King Of Staten Island, The Dirt, and Bird Box.

He’s also expected to release a musical surrounding his latest album, Tickets To My Downfall.
