Luke Combs gave an update on album 3 and revealed some details for his upcoming “Forever After All” music video, including its release date!

During a recent interview with Audacy host Katie Neal, the chart-topping singer/songwriter revealed that his upcoming third studio album is being worked on and is “like 30 [percent]” completed but he also noted that the “number could jump up…. you know, I could go into the studio one more time, and that number could be one hundred. I mean, it just depends, I don’t know. It’s kind of a feel thing.”

Combs first began working on the project in early March, just a day after his 31st birthday.

The “Forever After All” singer shared in a tweet on Monday, March 22, that “album 3 is gonna be real good” and it has everyone’s excitement levels rising for the country superstar’s new project.

The country superstar previously revealed on his 31st Birthday, that he was beginning work on album three. He started working on the album on March 3.

In a video message to fans back in early February, the singer also revealed that a bluegrass album that he has been working on has been “put on pause” as “album three is up next.” “I’m officially kind of gearing up for my next full album,” he previously shared in the February video clip.

Combs’ upcoming new record will be the follow-up to his chart-topping, 2x Platinum 2019 album, What You See Is What You Get, and the 2020 deluxe edition of that dubbed, What You See Ain’t Always What You Get.

Additionally, In a recent message to his fan club, The Bootleggers, Combs also revealed that the music video for his latest single “Forever After All” is coming out on Wednesday, April 28th at 8 p.m. EST. The video is set to include special footage from he and his wife Nicole’s wedding.

“Y’all want to know a secret? That no one else knows…” Combs shared with his fan club members on Friday, April 23. “‘Forever After All’ music video is coming soon – this upcoming Wednesday, April 28th at 8 PM ET to be exact! And yes, it features wedding footage.”
