The love story of Country music superstar Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline Boyer Bryan is straight out of a movie!

The couple recently sat down with the well-known brand, Jockey, to share some of their most intimate moments, including the story of how they met, for the new social media video series dubbed Intimate Moments With Luke And Caroline. The Bryan’s are currently brand ambassadors for the apparel company and have appeared in several of the company’s commercials.

In this clip, the lovebirds were asked to share how they first met. It started out as a normal night out at the bar for Bryan, but it turned out to be so much more by the end. He explained that as he was making his way through all the people in the local college hangout, Dingus McGee’s, he saw Caroline Boyer. Little did he know back then that this was the woman who would one day become his wife.

“It was packed so you gotta figure out how to navigate through the crowd… you gotta figure out your angle,” he said as he set the familiar scene of being in a busy bar full of rowdy college students.

Bryan had to think about what his “main move” would be to approach the person that caught his eye when she walked into the bar.  She wasn’t just any girl, she was the one who stayed on his mind after seeing her for the very first time.

“Somehow I made my way and we started talkin’,” he shared casually. “The next morning I woke up and I was like, ‘oh my God’…that’s who I’m going after right there.”

Caroline then got her chance to share her first impression of Bryan, who she revealed he had a “big personality” and a “loud mouth.” Although she was unsure of him at first, she eventually warmed up to the unique person that Bryan has shown himself to be. The compliment that she shared in the video perfectly describes the “Up” singer, whose charming personality is what made fans fall in love with him too.

“It took me a couple of days to realize that this was a real character,” she said as Bryan sat next to her beaming from ear to ear over his wife’s words. “This wasn’t just some drunk college guy, this is how he acts.”

“I just fell in love with his personality and everything.”

In another clip, Bryan’s wife revealed that she said I love you first as Bryan giggled.

“Who said I love you first? I did,” Caroline said. “I totally did, cause I remember the exact… And then you went ‘oh my god I love you too’

“Haha, I was like finally,” Bryan added while laughing before Caroline added, “no I did, I did say it first.”

When they met, Bryan was a senior and Caroline was a freshman at Georgia Southern University in 1998. They broke up for a short time, but they never lost touch and luckily, fate eventually brought them back together. In 2006, they tied the knot during their destination wedding in Turks & Caicos.

They’ve had their share of major ups and downs, but through the breakups and all the tragedy their family has endured over the years, they have continued to stay strong by each other’s sides.

Just like there’s “only one Jockey,” as the campaign states, there’s only one partner in life for Luke Bryan and Caroline.
