Critically acclaimed and multi-award winning electronic violinist Lindsey Stirling has released her new single “The Upside,” featuring multi-Platinum singer/songwriter Elle King today. Offering up a high energy performance from Stirling fused with King’s sultry, rock and roll vocals, the track marks the second release from Lindsey’s highly-anticipated fifth studio album, Artemis, which is set to drop on Friday, September 6th through BMG.
“Not only is Elle incredibly talented but I love who she is as a person” said Stirling on her collaboration with King. “She is full of energy, self-love and positive vibes and I think you can hear it in her voice. She was the perfect person to give a special touch to this song and I couldn’t be more excited!”
Artemis will feature 13-new tracks including album opener “Underground,” which has accumulated an impressive 6-million streams since its June release, and a new emotionally charged anthem, “Love Goes On and On” featuring Amy Lee on vocals (full track listing below). The album is available to preorder now through https://found.ee/LS_Artemis_PreOrder.
Beginning this summer, Stirling will take her live act to both Europe and Mexico. The international dates will begin on August 10th at the Sports Palace in Mexico City with other major European cities to follow including Frankfurt, Munich, Milan, Kraków, Warsaw, Berlin, Zurich and London.
