As reported earlier, Kobe Bryant has died after a tragic accident involving his helicopter as he was traveling to the Mamba Academy for a basketball practice when the crash occurred. The Academy is in nearby Thousand Oaks.

It has now been confirmed that one of the other victims onboard the helicopter was his 13 year old daughter, Gianna Maria Onore. There has not yet been confirmation on who the other victims onboard are but it is known that Bryant’s wife Vanessa was not onboard the helicopter.

The former Los Angeles Lakers Basketball player was traveling with three other people on his private helicopter when a fire reportedly broke out, Firefighters and paramedics attended to the scene but TMZ reports that the five people onboard are all confirmed dead including Bryant and his daughter Gianna.
