Sixthman, the pioneer in music festival cruises, is proud to announce their foray into resort-based festivals. Sixthman and Kid Rock took over the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for 4 days of non-stop music, wild fan-band activities and an overall amazing all-inclusive festival vacation experience. In addition to 13 bands on multiple stages, over 2,800 “Chillers” enjoyed an array of gourmet food options, multiple pools, a private beach, full golf course, excursions, fine shopping and more at the inaugural Chillin’ The Most Flyin’ High Island Jam.

Kid Rock was joined by Jamey Johnson, The Cadillac Three, A Thousand Horses, The Earls of Leicester, John Schneider, John Stone and the Trailer Park Allstars, Dean James Jr., Bishop Gunn, Lit, and comedian Chris Porter for this 4-day beachside music festival.

After successfully serving guests on 130 music festivals at sea (and 9 cruises with Kid Rock and his fans), this was the first time Sixthman has taken their destination music festival expertise into the Resort based arena holding its mission to tear down the walls between fans and bands on vacation.

“We have been so fortunate to serve passionate guests and iconic artists at sea for the past 18 years. Sixthman’s expansion will continue that trend at some of the world’s most stunning resorts. Whether on land, sand or sea, we’ve never been more committed to create memories that last a lifetime for our guests” – Anthony Diaz, Sixthman CEO

Sixthman will continue their journey into resort-based festivals this November with John Prine’s All The Best Festival at the Breathless + Now Onyx Resort in Punta Cana. John Prine will curate a special immersive experience being joined by Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Nathaniel Rateliff, Kasey Musgraves, Iris Dement and more, November 11 – 15, 2019.
