Kelly Clarkson gave a new life to Aerosmith’s 1980’s hit “Dude (Looks Like A Lady)” on latest episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show during her ‘Kellyoke’ segment on Monday (May 10).

The performance featured the Texas native singing the popular country hit while backed by her band and a backup singers.

“Dude (Looks Like A Lady)” is the first of four singles released from the popular rock group’s 1987 album, Permanent Vacation. The track was co-written by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry alongside Desmond Child. The song also appears on MTV Classic’s I Want My ’80s and Rock Block.
