As we approach Kane Brown’s daughter Kingsley Rose’s first birthday, the country superstar said that he is thinking about a second child.

In a recent interview with Extra, Brown said that Kingsley changed his life in a great way and that he would love to have a son one day.

“Kingsley has changed my life. She smiles at me and my heart melts,” Brown said. Then adding “I want a boy, too. I want a boy and a girl.”

He continued to boast of how crazy it is that she is growing up so quickly and at the time of the internet she was already 10 months old.

“It’s crazy that she’s about to be 10 months old already,” he said.

Brown has recently been spending a lot of time with his wife and daughter during quarantine and is happy that he got to witness her milestone moments while off the road due to the pandemic.

“I wouldn’t have had this chance to hang out with [Kingsley] all the time and see her grow and everything,” he explained. “She’s already got six teeth coming in so it’s a lot of stuff I would have missed. It’s honestly been a blessing for me.”

He also added that they have been able to get some work done on their house that otherwise wouldn’t have gotten done as he is typically on the road most of the year.

“Me and my wife [also] got to work on the house a lot,” Brown added. “We got a lot of stuff done. Not only that, we’re spending all the time in the world with our daughter. And Kate’s mom gets to come hangout with her granddaughter, and she’s been kind of like our nanny — she comes down every other month. So it’s been really awesome.”

The superstar released his much-anticipated EP, Mixtape Vol. 1, earlier this year.
