Jessie James Decker releases new single “Grow Young With You,” her first official track since she released her The Woman I’ve Become EP in 2021.
Penned by Emily Weisband and Alysa Vanderheym, the groove-driven song shares how a loving relationship can make each experience feel brand new, no matter how old. Fans pushed for the track’s release after Decker teased it on TikTok, encouraging users to share pictures with their significant others throughout their relationship.

“I’ve loved the sentiment of this song since I first heard it,” said Decker. “Seeing how people have responded so far with the clips I’ve shared on socials and during my live shows made me want to put it out into the world!”
The mother of three wrapped up her The Woman I’ve Become Tour in June after hitting major cities across the country. Now Decker has embarked on a new journey as a cast member for season 31 of Dancing with the Stars, airing on Disney+ every Monday at 8:00pm/7:00c.
Decker’s worlds collided as she danced with partner and DWTS pro Alan Bersten to her new track on TikTok.
“Nothin like doing a TikTok dance with a pro dancer hahah @alan.bersten !! Let’s do this thang!!!” she captioned the video.

Decker and Bersten are a match made in dancing heaven, and the “Should Have Known Better” singer was more than pleased with the pairing.
“Let’s do this!!!! So excited to be part of Dancing with the Stars season 31 ahhhh I can’t stop smiling,” she wrote alongside a photo of her and Bersten.
While appearing on GMA, Decker opened up about competing on the show and revealed that her children are big fans of the competition series.
“They do and they’re very excited,” Decker said. “They really are. They love the show and my daughter loves it. So, it was really cool to be able to do this and have them be a part of it too.”
When asked if she felt confident going into the upcoming season, Decker admitted that while she’s used to performing on stage, she has no experience with choreographed dancing.
“I perform and I entertain onstage, but I’ve never had professional dance lessons and so I have no idea what to expect. I just keep getting nervous that I’m going to forget the steps with mom brain and all, but I’m hoping for the best.”
Luckily for Decker, she blew her first performance out of the water, and has impressed the audience and judges since.
“Yallllll I have never been more nervous in my career omg!!!!! I know I have a lot to work on but shoot I’m proud I worked hard and did the darn thing!!! I would love to stay in this and keep working hard!!” she captioned an Instagram post.
Fans can catch Decker in Orlando, FL on October 29 and on the Grand Ole Opry House stage in Nashville, TN on November 10. The 2x New York Times best-selling author is also hitting the road with Kane Brown for select dates. For more information on show dates, visit her website here.
