Jason Aldean, along with his wife Brittany Aldean and two children (Memphis and Navy), have returned to Nashville after an extensive vacation at their luxurious home in Turks And Caicos. Upon returning home, Brittany took to her Instagram stories to answer fan submitted questions via an Instagram Q&A with her 2.5 million followers. During the Q&A, she honestly responded to one fan’s question about the facial injuries she sustained during their tropical getaway, which included a chipped tooth and a scratch above her left eyebrow.
Brittany Aldean Details Facial Injuries Sustained While In Turks & Caicos
The former XO Britt Aldean owner addressed the minor injuries she experienced on the trip after one fan asked about the scratch above her eye. “Brittany, hi, what happened to your eye? There’s a little scratch or cut on it. Hopefully, you didn’t get hurt,” one of her followers asked. She quickly replied with a selfie of herself, wearing sunglasses and lounging with a drink in hand, visibly showing the nearly inch-long scratch above her left eyebrow.
“Let’s just say I didn’t see a remote comin for me,” she wrote atop the selfie, referencing an incident that occurred during their trip, where her son Memphis jumped up while she was attempting to pick him up.
According to the 34-year-old mother of two, who previously auditioned for American Idol, she not only scratched her face, but also chipped her tooth. “Also, chipped the ol toofer (Memphis jumped up while I was trying to pick him up) YOLO.” She then dubbed herself a “hot mess express,” before moving onto the next question.
The Aldeans Also Recapped Their Vacation With A Social Media Posts
Despite Brittany Aldean’s few minor injuries, The Aldean Family enjoyed their getaway at their home away from home. Jason and Brittany Aldean documented their time in Turks And Caicos and shared recaps on their social media profiles, detailing their incredible experience on the Island.
“Takin’ our sweet time in Turks 🌴✈️ We’re going to miss this gorgeous place,” she captioned the clip, tagging Jason Aldean, Logan Crosby and Sarah Edelstein. The video showcased the stunning beaches, The La Famille Express, fun in the sun, and sailing on boats across the crystal-clear blue waters as well as spending quality time with the family.
In the comments of the post, Brittany encouraged her followers to visit Turks And Caicos sometime if they had the chance to, promising “you won’t regret it.” She even revealed to fans that she got to see Prince’s former mansion on the island during their trip.
Jason Aldean also shared a post to commemorate the unforgettable vacation. He posted a snapshot of him and his wife, Brittany, all smiles as they posed on Noah’s Ark beneath a sign that represented Drake’s eighth studio album, For All The Dogs.
“Spent New Years in paradise! Now back in Nashville freezin our ass off 🥶,” he captioned the image, which has since amassed over 75,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
Tour Of Jason And Brittany Aldean’s Turks & Caicos Home
One week prior to returning home, the beloved country couple gave fans a look at the property in an Instagram Reel, sharing a video of the seaside home set to the song “No Wahala” by 1da Banton. “Y’all asked for it, so here’s our Turks and Caicos home,” Brittany captioned the video, which began with a shot of a sidewalk leading to a light blue front door. The entryway features waved white and peach tiles in keeping with the breezy vibe, complemented by the home’s serene blue kitchen.
Brittany’s video highlighted a number of bedrooms for the family and guests, including a tan and white room with one large bed, another bedroom with rope-accented lights next to the bed and what appears to be the master, which includes rattan-door closets and a two-sink bathroom with a decorative tile shower and doors that open from the bedroom to the backyard.
There was also a room full of bunk beds, presumably for Jason and Brittany’s 6-year-old son Memphis and 4-year-old daughter Navy. Jason also shares daughters Keeley, 20, and Kendyl, 16, with his ex-wife, Jessica Ussery.
The dining and lounge areas are full of beach-adjacent decor like woven place mats and a seashell chandelier, and the overall design lends the whole space a light and airy feel perfect for the islands.
A Look Inside The Aldeans’ Beachside Home
As for the home’s outdoor space, there’s a pool in the middle of a stone patio, which leads right to the sand and the crystal clear waters of the ocean. Brittany included a clip of Memphis enjoying breakfast at an outdoor table as he looked out at the water, palm trees swaying and waves washing onto the shore.
The Aldeans Are Big Fans Of Turks And Caicos
It’s unclear whether the Aldeans still own the home, as Brittany revealed in a Q&A with fans on Instagram last month that while the Turks and Caicos home was her “favorite” of the family’s properties, it wasn’t her husband’s. When a fan asked whether the Aldeans were working on any “new house projects,” Brittany replied, “Always, with us.”
“We are under contract on our Turks house,” she continued. “This one is sad for me… it’s my favorite (just isn’t Jason’s).” Brittany added that she and Jason are “looking for more land in TN to potentially build again. For those wondering, Jason and I LOVE building, remodeling, selling, etc… So this is normal.”
Another fan asked Jason about his wife’s comment, wondering why the singer “didn’t care” for the Turks and Caicos home. “I love Turks,” Jason replied. “We will always visit, just doesn’t make sense to own at this point. We spend a majority of our time in Florida and that’s where I prefer to be.”
Jason Aldean Also Has Homes In Florida, Georgia and Nashville
In addition to having a home in Turks And Caicos, The Aldeans own homes in Florida and Georgia as well as multiple places in Nashville, including a large, custom-built mansion. “We just like real estate and buying things and using them for a few years, enjoy them, then we’ll sell ’em,” Jason Aldean recently told Taste Of Country. “We always say that we do things for this season of our life. While we’re in the mood, it’s like, ‘Hey, let’s go do this and do that for a while, then we’ll sell it and go do something else for a while.’”
Brittany Aldean also opened up about how much she and her husband Jason love real estate via Instagram in the past. “We actually love real estate investments, if you guys haven’t noticed. We love moving and creating new spaces and remodeling homes and stuff,” she said at the time.
