Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne and Ashley McBryde paid tribute to the late Charlie Daniels during the 2020 CMA Awards last night (Nov. 11) but it was Aldean’s performance of “The Devil Went Down To Georgia” that had fans buzzing.

Fans on social media are demanding Aldean to release a recorded version of the cover track as they just adored it so much.

One fan named Gypsy commented: “Jason needs to record that TODAY!!”

“Everyone was amazing, but damn Jason Aldean and his band was next level!” Another fan added.

The commented praising the performance continue to pour in on the YouTube clip, as another fan said: “GREAT TRIBUTE! THANK YOU FOR SHARING!”
