Season 10 of The Masked Singer is almost here, and the show is currently revealing its latest round of contestants, which means that fans are already speculating about who might be behind the various costumes.

The Masked Singer premieres on Sunday, Sept. 10 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox following the NFL Double Header with a special kickoff premiere episode. The premiere episode will include a special celebrity performance, clue package, guesses from the panel and a reveal Fox has deemed “one of the biggest, can’t-miss unmaskings in the show’s history.”

Is Demi Lovato Anonymouse On The Masked Singer?

That special celebrity performance and reveal will be for contestant Anonymouse, who will perform during the first episode with hints dropping throughout.

First introduced by PEOPLE, Anonymouse’s official photo shows her wearing a red dress with a tutu and black detailing, a studded black leather jacket, knee-high black biker boots and a red bandanna tied around her ears with blonde curls peeking out.

A short preview clip of Anonymouse’s performance sees her belting out Heart’s “What About Love?” in keeping with the character’s rock and roll style. As the song hits the chorus, a pyro display behind Anonymouse lights up, with hearts on fire behind her and dancers circling the stage.

Fans Have Declared “This Is 100% Demi Lovato”

Within seconds of hearing Anonymouse sing, it’s almost certain who is behind the ears, with most fans guessing the same name in the YouTube comments of the clip — Demi Lovato.

“It is definitely giving Demi Lovato both in the costume and voice,” one person declared. “This is 100% Demi Lovato. So glad she finally decided to do the show,” a second wrote.

Someone else pointed out that while Anonymouse will only be featured on one episode, “we all know it’s [Demi],” adding that Lovato has “one of the most unique/distinct voices in the world.”

Recognized Her Voice And Rock Style

Along with her recognizable voice, Anonymouse’s rock style and song choice further point to Lovato, who is preparing to release an album of re-recorded rock versions of several of their early-career songs.

Titled Revamped, the 10-song project will be released on September 15 and contain new versions of hits like “Give Your Heart a Break” and “Skyscraper.” Lovato has already released four songs from the set — “Heart Attack (Rock Version),” “Cool for the Summer (Rock Version),” “Sorry Not Sorry (Rock Version),” featuring  Slash, and “Confident (Rock Version).”

“With ‘Revamped,’ I wanted to pay homage to the songs that resonated the most with fans and played a big role in my career by breathing an exciting new life into them,” Lovato said in a press release. “Creating this project has been incredibly fun and allowed me to express my passion for rock music in a new way… I can’t wait for everyone to hear more!”

To Perform At The MTV Video Music Awards

Next month, Lovato will perform on the VMAs, where she is nominated for two awards, Best Pop and Video for Good for “Swine,” which Lovato released on the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.

In a statement when the song was released, they said, “I want this song to empower not only the birthing people of this country, but everyone who stands up for equality, to embrace their agency and fight for a world where every person’s right to make decisions about their own body is honored.”

Following The Masked Singer‘s special kickoff episode, the show’s traditional competition will begin on Wednesday, September 27 at 8 p.m. ET.
