Blake Shelton is celebrating his 45th birthday today!
Shelton’s soon-to-be wife Gwen Stefani gave him with the ultimate birthday surprise, a birthday party with his friends and family.
In video clips shared by Stefani on Instagram, you can see lots of his family and friends in a backyard with massive silver balloons that read “HBD 45 Blake.” The first clip shows, one of Stefani’s sons walking into a backyard through a doorway with graduation balloons, presumably throwing Shelton off from knowing he is attending a surprise birthday party for himself. Then Stefani and Shelton entered to a roaring group of people shouting “surprise!”
The second clip shows Shelton wearing a birthday crown, beads and holding a blow horn while being sung Happy Birthday.
“Sorry Blake, I didn’t do it,” Stefani told Shelton in the clip, as someone dressed as Superman sings Happy Birthday to him.
The event included some amazing decorations and even a birthday cake with Shelton’s face on it.
