If the rumors that have been spiraling around social media are true, It seems we will be getting a massive tour that consists of Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer this year or maybe next? The tour is said to be branded as the ‘Hella Mega Tour’ as the teasers suggest via flyers that fans have been sent.

GreenDayFans.com have the scoop about the possible tour, saying that there was an odd Instagram post from The Office actor Rainn Wilson which included a comment from Green Day’s frontman Billie Joe Armstrong who then went and tagged Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo and Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz with the words ‘Hella Mega!’ The fans then continue to search for answers and found a website called HellaMegaTour.com (domain registered on 07/29/19) which features just an image of The Office actor Rainn Wilson. There is also a Twitter account created for @HellaMegaTour which only shows a profile photo of a emoji ‘shhing’ and a South Park cover image saying “Well sure, That Sounds HELLA Fun.”

Fans have also been receiving some mail containing t-shirts that mix the aforementioned band names with the wrong band pictured in the promo image. It seems as if the bands are teasing us and their fans about a MASSIVE tour that is coming soon to conquer the world and boy if it’s true it is going to be a guaranteed sold out tour in minutes.

UPDATE: As of today (Sept. 9) a video of Green Day frontman Billie singing a snippet of “When September Ends” but changing to lyrics to “Wake me up on September 10th” as he is wearing a white t-shirt that says “-Hella Mega” with the other bands including Fall Out Boy and Weezer on the shirt as well.
