In the midst of a hectic headlining tour- shows have been selling out in minutes, with surprise dates and additional shows in select cities being added along the way- Dashboard Confessional’s Chris Carrabba has released a surprise covers EP, Covered + Taped. On Covered + Taped, Carrabba covers “Sex” by The 1975, “Sprained Ankle” by Julien Baker, “Love Yourself” by Justin Bieber, and “Using” by Sorority Noise. Regarding the song choices, he says, “These are some songs I feel very connected to right now. Enough so that I felt I had a way of making them my own in some small way.”

Covered + Taped is now streaming on Spotify here. A list of all remaining tour dates is below; tickets (for shows that haven’t sold out yet) are available on the band’s official website.
