Hot on the heels of his first-ever multi-week No.1 single, Cody Johnson is announcing a slew of new tour dates.
The Texas native just unveiled nearly two dozen new headlining tour dates on top of his already packed touring schedule.
Johnson’s upcoming dates include support from artists such as Randy Houser, Easton Corbin, Ian Munsick, Craig Campbell, Ashland Craft, Dillon Carmichael, Randall King, Drew Parker and more.
Additionally, the Platinum-selling hitmaker is slated to join fellow superstar Luke Combs for a run of stadium shows: Denver’s Empower Field at Mile High (May 21), Seattle’s Lumen Field (June 4) and Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium (July 30).
He’s also set to Zac Brown Band at a number of shows later this summer.
Cody Johnson Earned His First-Ever No. 1 Hit Earlier This Year With “‘Til You Can’t”
The newly-added tour dates come as Johnson’s powerful anthem, “‘Til You Can’t,” has been certified platinum by the RIAA for sales in excess of 1 million.
In March, Johnson celebrated his first No.1 and multi-week No.1 single at mainstream country radio when “‘Til You Can’t” topped both the Mediabase Country Airplay Chart and the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
Produced by Trent Willmon and co-written by Ben Stennis and Matthew J. Rogers, “‘Til You Can’t” is the lead single on Johnson’s latest project, Human: The Double Album.
“I chose to record ‘Til You Can’t’ first because of the positivity in the message of the song. In our world today, we could use more positivity,” Cody Johnson previously shared. “Secondly, because of how dynamic the melody was; I took it and ran with it.”
Cody Johnson made his Tonight Show debut last month with a performance of “‘Til You Can’t.” Fans flocked to the comments section and deemed the superstar “the next King of Country Music” following his performance. He also performed the song on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Additionally, At the 2022 CMT Music Awards, Johnson was crowned the winner of the coveted Male Video of the Year category for “‘Til You Can’t.”
To date, “‘Til You Can’t” has raked in nearly 275 million global streams.
