David Bisbal and Carrie Underwood joined forces for a new bilingual collaboration entitled “Tears Of Gold” on Thursday (Dec. 3).

The powerful pairing brought together the Latin superstar and the country superstar for an epic new song. The song comes with a visually stunning new music video, directed by Alexis Morante, filmed in Los Angeles.

“I am very proud of our first collaboration,” David Bisbal recalled. “The video was shot in Los Angeles and it was very special because I love Carrie and truly admire her courage. She has shown a profound admiration for the Spanish language with her wonderful vocals on the track and I am honored to collaborate with Carrie on her first bilingual Spanish song. I hope you enjoy the blend of country and pop music on ‘Tears of Gold’ as much as we do.”

There are songs crafted to come to life through the greatest voices and “Tears of Gold” proves the power of two pairing extraordinary performers David Bisbal and Carrie Underwood. “Tears of Gold” was written by Paul Harris (Kylie Minogue), Matt Schwartz (Yungblud, Halsey), Cameron Forbes (Tyga, Cher Llloyd), with additional lyrics and composition from award-winning “Despacito” producers Andrés Torres & Mauricio Rengifo.

Bisbal has spent his quarantine months steadily working on music and preparing for the release of his new single featuring Carrie Underwood which serves as a focus for the multi-platinum balladeer’s forthcoming special limited re-issue release of his album, En Tus Planes, with additional tracks and performance visuals out December 11th via Universal Spain.

“Tears Of Gold” is set to appear on Bisbal’s forthcoming deluxe album, En Tus Planes, which is set for release on December 11 via Universal Spain.
