Carly Pearce Announces ‘Live From Music City’ Version Of ’29: Written In Stone’

After a self-love journey spent healing from the heartbreak and pain she felt writing critically-acclaimed 29, reigning ACM Female Artist of the Year Carly Pearce is now better than ever as she prepares to share a new version of the project: 29: WRITTEN IN STONE (LIVE FROM MUSIC CITY).

Produced by the “Next Girl” singer with David Clauss, the project was recorded at Nashville’s Marathon Music Works during an intimate concert event. The album features special guests including Lee Brice for “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” The Isaacs for “Easy Going,” Matthew West for “Truth Be Told,” Jenee Fleenor for “29” and Ashley McBryde for “Never Wanted To Be That Girl.”

Pearce’s relatable, honest lyrics and timeless musicality earned the country star a GOLD-certified Top-10 hit with “What He Didn’t Do” — a track that has secured more than 200 million streams to date.

Pearce’s career is seemingly only picking up speed as she recently received her first-ever GRAMMY nomination at the 2023 GRAMMY Awards, where she is up for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde.

Fans can look forward to Carly’s next music chapter in the near future, as she is currently writing and recording new material, shared a press release.

In November of 2022, Pearce performed an unreleased new song titled “Trust Issues” at The Listening Room. The song is expected to potentially appear on her upcoming new album, which she vowed to move past heartbreak on as her “love life is flourishing” and as she says she can’t be “29 and divorced forever.”

She is currently preparing to hit the road with Blake Shelton on his highly anticipated Back To The Honky Tonk Tour. The trek kicks off on February 16 in Lincoln, NE at Pinnacle Bank Arena and continue through March 25, where the tour will wrap up at Keybank Center in Buffalo, NY.

Pearce will also perform at several music festivals throughout the year, including 2023 Outlaws and Legends Music Festival, Tortuga Music Festival 2023, North Carolina Azalea Fest, Country Thunder, and many others.
